"I get nervous at the dentist but I had a great experience at Salinas Valley Dental Care. The staff were really friendly and walked me through everything with a lot of patience and consideration for my needs and what approach worked best for me. The intake process was different from anything I've ever experienced. My visit started with a full tour of the office. Darcy took me through all the different spaces explaining what types of procedures and work happen in each area as well as describing all the services that are offered in the office. She also did my x-rays and finished up my intake questionnaire to allow the team to customize the visit to meet my personal goals and needs. The amenities offered here are also amazing! My former dentist was friendly but they didn't offer you headphones, streaming services, warm lavender towels or any of the spa day options that Salinas Valley Dental Care offers. Olivia was my dental hygienist and she walked me through everything that was going on along with providing helpful answers to all of my questions about my oral hygiene. My cleaning was easy and painless. Dr. Bui did my exam and she was SO KIND! I feel like I have "bad" enamel and a long history of problems, she was so great about walking me through the actual issues and explaining that some other things I had been stressed about were actually nothing to worry about at present. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to coming back!"

She Took time to get to know personal details about me and explained everything very well. She was very knowledgeable.when the dental hygienist came in, he had the same level of professionalism and was very kind, and gentle. The Doctor was amazing. She Made it easy for me to feel welcome and confident in the treatments ahead. "Wow. Dr. Chow and his team continue to amaze me with their excellent service. About a month ago I had a very old crown the came off. I called in and asked for the next available appointment. They wanted me to come in that day and searched for a spot to get me in (Dr Chow later told me it is their goal to get people in the same day something like this happens). I thought this would take multiple visits to fully correct. NOPE. They took care of everything in one simple sitting. Cleaned, prepped, created a new one and placed it. The true meaning of one stop shopping. Thanks Doc and thanks to your team as well."
